Warranty and Return Policy

30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.

Returns
If you have an issue with one of our products and need to return it, please contact our customer care team at care@thepodstrap.com and they will assist you in resolving the issue.

For returns, customer assumes all costs in shipping to us and for warranty issues we assume all costs in shipping product back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless a rush is requested. The cost of a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
